Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2 to 7 business days.
Shipping Options: We currently offer local delivery within Lebanon only, at a flat rate of $3 per order.
Delivery Updates: You will receive a confirmation message once your order is out for delivery.
Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.

Replacement Only: If you are not satisfied with your order or if the item is defective or incorrect, you may request a replacement item of equal value.
No Cash Refunds or Store Credit: We do not offer refunds or store credit.
Return Conditions: Items must be unused and in their original condition. Return or replacement requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
Non-Returnable Items: Customized or made-to-order products are not eligible for return, unless they arrive damaged.
How to Start a Request: Please contact us directly with your order number and a description (or photo) of the issue.

Your Information: We only collect the personal data needed to process your order and communicate with you.
Data Protection: Your information is kept secure and never shared or sold to third parties.
Email Communication: You may receive occasional updates or offers from Omnuta. You can unsubscribe at any time.

مرحبًا بكم في أومنوتا. نرجو منكم قراءة السياسات التالية لضمان تجربة تسوق سلسة وشفافة

مدة المعالجة: يتم تجهيز الطلبات خلال ٢ إلى ٧ أيام عمل

خيارات الشحن: نقدم حاليا خدمة التوصيل داخل لبنان فقط، برسوم ثابتة قدرها ٣ دولارات أمريكية لكل طلب

إشعارات التوصيل: ستتلقون رسالة تأكيد عند إرسال الطلب للتوصيل

الطلبات التالفة: في حال وصول الطلب بحالة تالفة، يُرجى التواصل معنا خلال ٢٤ ساعة وإرفاق صور للمنتج والتغليف لنتخذ الإجراءات اللازمة

الاستبدال فقط: إذا لم تكن راضيا عن طلبك، أو إذا كان المنتج تالفا أو غير صحيح، يمكنك طلب استبداله بمنتج آخر مماثل بالقيمة

لا استرداد نقدي أو رصيد للمتجر: لا نقدم استردادا نقديا أو أرصدة لاستخدامها لاحقا

شروط الإرجاع: يجب أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم وفي حالته الأصلية. يجب تقديم طلب الاستبدال خلال ٧ أيام من استلام الطلب

المنتجات غير القابلة للإرجاع: المنتجات المصنوعة حسب الطلب أو المخصصة لا يمكن إرجاعها، إلا في حال وصولها تالفة

كيفية تقديم الطلب: يُرجى التواصل معنا مباشرة مع رقم الطلب ووصف (أو صورة) للمشكلة

معلوماتك الشخصية: نجمع فقط البيانات الضرورية لمعالجة طلبك والتواصل معك

حماية البيانات: يتم تخزين معلوماتك بشكل آمن، ولا تتم مشاركتها أو بيعها لأي طرف ثالث

التواصل عبر البريد الإلكتروني: قد تصلك عروض أو تحديثات من متجر أومنوتا، ويمكنك إلغاء الاشتراك في أي وقت

جميع الطلبات خاضعة لتوفر المنتج وتأكيد الدفع

قد يتم تعديل الأسعار أو تفاصيل المنتجات دون إشعار مسبق
